The Cherry MX key switches are made in Germany, while the Kailh switches are made in China (PRC). So we recommend you choose a Cherry variant.
The origin of the key caps is currently unknown. We assume they are made either in the USA or Taiwan (ROC), as this is where they source the key caps for their other keyboards.
The origin of other components is currently unknown. Although, when reaching out to ZSA, they were very cooperative and explained to us how difficult it is for even them to know where exactly their smaller components are made.
The keyboards are manufactured in Taiwan (ROC) by Tibbo Technologies.
They offer free international shipping straight from their website. They ship from Taiwan so, depending on your location, you might have to pay any applicable duties and taxes upon arrival.
They have an unconditional 30 day return policy. But as you have to pay for return shipping this is only a viable option if you live in or near Taiwan. In other cases we recommend you sell it on the secondhand market.
