USA & Canada:
For the continental USA, they sell rice cookers directly from their webshop with free standard shipping. It is clearly indicated on the product page if it's made in Japan.
Zojirushi also provides a link to a list of their distributors in both the USA and Canada.
International:
Zojirushi doesn't have any official online stores that we know of outside the USA, so you're best chance is to search for local distributors. We do link to the Zojirushi website where you can take a look at their different models and filter them on whether or not they're made in Japan under the "features"-tab.
Keep in mind though that they might not be available with voltages or plugs compatible with your location.
