USA & Canada:
Zojirushi provides a link to a list of their distributors in both countries. While they do have an official webshop for the continental USA, it currently doesn't sell carafes made in Japan.
International:
Zojirushi doesn't have any official online stores that we know of outside the USA, so you're best chance is to search for local distributors. We do link to the Zojirushi website where you can take a look at their different models and filter them on whether or not they're made in Japan under the "features"-tab.
