It's designed and manufactured in Latvia, a Baltic nation which consistently scores high on all freedom indexes, by SAF Tehnika, a wireless solutions provider that dedicated its expertise to creating a reliable air quality monitoring system. The sensor we list here will suffice for most private and small-business uses, but if you operate larger facilities, they offer a more integrated system as well.

The system is designed and assembled in Latvia.
The main sensor, CO2 sensor, is sourced from Sweden, where it is made by Senseair (verified by manufacturer).
The origin of any other components is currently unknown.
