Fox Umbrellas
To say Fox Umbrellas is a classic brand would be an understatement. They have been hand making umbrellas in the United Kingdom for over 150 years. In that time they have made umbrellas for the English and Japanese Royal families, President John F. Kennedy and even recent TV shows like “Doctor Who”, “The Crown” and “Peaky Blinders”.
The business was originally founded in 1868 by Thomas Fox as a small shop and atelier in London, but has since past to several different owners, all of which were actively involved in the business and often either family of the previous owner or employees. In that sense Fox Umbrellas is a family business at heart.
They now operate a small factory in Surrey, England, but are still very much true to their heritage. All umbrellas are handmade with great care to this day. They will even make a bespoke umbrella tailored to your specifications.
