Slightly smaller than their French chef knife, the Cook's knife from Rada is an excellent all-purpose knife for more lightweight carving or tasks that demand just a little more flexibility. With a blade made from surgical-grade, T420 High-Carbon, USA-made Stainless Steel, its quality is outstanding and is a perfect all-rounder for any kitchen. It's fitted with a black resin (plastic), ergonomic handle to make cutting a smooth experience.

According to their website, Rada products are 100% made in the USA, from raw materials through construction. Since steel and plastics can easily be manufactured completely inside the USA and the product doesn't contain other components that, this is certainly plausible.
