Fujitsu
Fujitsu is a large Japanese multinational corporation founded in 1935, making it one of the oldest technology companies that are still around today. In 1954 it even produced Japan first computer. Currently they mainly focus on IT services, but also still develop a fairly large range of consumer products from semiconductors to air conditioning. The Fujitsu family also has a number of subsidiaries and spin-off companies.
Drawbacks
Being such an enormous corporation it's almost impossible to give you a good overview of its practices. However, we do advice you to always check Fujitsu products, because although most of them are designed in Japan and of good quality, they are also often manufactured and assembled in countries with a questionable reputation for civil liberties at best. They are by no means unique in this aspect however, most technology companies manufacture their products, or at least its components, in these countries.
